I am writing to report a serious quality issue with a semolina product I recently purchased from you.
After opening the bag, I found worm inside the semolina, which makes the product unsafe and completely unusable. The bag was properly sealed and stored correctly, so this appears to be a manufacturing or storage issue prior to purchase.
I am very concerned about this and would like to know how you plan to address it. I also encourage you to investigate this issue to prevent it from happening again.
