It was expired , the texture and the color was different , II couldn’t eat but the trash bin did very disappointing, I sent an email to the consumer service and no answer at all

Moldy Rachet pasta

I recently ordered 3 kg of Rechet pasta. Unfortunately, when I received the order, I found that all three bags had developed a significant amount of mold and were no longer suitable for consumption.

At the time of placing the order, I was not aware of the store’s policy regarding frozen goods and shipping. Had I known that there was a risk of the product arriving in this condition, particularly during the current warm weather, I would not have placed the order for these items.

Since all three bags arrived spoiled and cannot be consumed, I kindly request a refund for the Rechet pasta. I would sincerely appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.
